Andreas Typaldos is a 45-year veteran and pioneer software and technology entrepreneur, and a private equity investor and principal, across a number of asset categories and US and international venues. He has deep and broad management and enterprise development experience, with expertise and international and financial contacts, over a wide range of industries. He is founder, CEO, and venture partner of the BCII Group, and Chairman or CEO of a number of Group companies. A native of Greece, and with a Bachelors Degree in Mathematical Methods for Engineering and Operations from Columbia University and a Masters in Computer Science, he lives in New York City, is married and the father of four, and pursues a wide range of intellectual interests.
Gennaro Vendome’s background is in the private equity space, and principally as an investor, principal, and entrepreneur in the real estate and hospitality market in the New York City metropolitan area. He has been active in real estate development and holdings through projects that count tens of buildings and hundreds of hundreds of apartments in New York. Born in 1946, he is married, has two children, and lives in New York City.
James Paloumbis has been in the New York City and Greek hospitality markets for more than twenty years as an investor, principal, entrepreneur, managing director, and consulting expert, in both the high-end restaurant and club spaces. Born in 1974 and a professional track and field athlete, with participation in the Greek National Team’s Decathlon, Pole Vaulting and 4x100 events, he is married, lives in New York City, has two children and continues to be actively involved in sports.
Angelo Gatzonis is active in two continents, North America and Europe, as investor, principal, entrepreneur, project opportunity developer and project execution managing director, in the real estate, hospitality, and energy sectors. Educated as an engineer in the US, and currently living in the metropolitan New York City area, Mr. Gatzonis is energetic and available to be the executive on the ground in any of the venues that the various projects may dictate at a given time.
Michael Maguire has over thirty years experience in the oil and gas business. Supplementing his deep educational credentials, which include a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, a Masters Degree in Engineering, and an MBA, he has developed hands-on experience in a broad range of critical subject matter areas, including the civil, mechanical, and environmental engineering disciplines.
